Some notes for myself as I go through the wrap source.

The trickiest thing so far is paths and file locations. They were hard
coded and finding out where they are has been challenging. I'm going to
lay out a set of assumptions here and adjust the code accordingly.

working directory: the binary will assume it is running from the root
GtkD project directory.

run from: GtkD
wrap source code: GtkD/wrap/utils
build from: GtkD/wrap
html: GtkD/../gtk/api

Where to change the paths...
wrap/APIlookup.txt #has source and output directories
wrap/utils/GtkWrapper #has build filename & path, output root directory
wrap/utils/HTODConvert #where to find wine and paths...


added "srcdir" key to help direct packages into subdirs.
